Family-Friendly camping at Tudors Spring
Tudors Spring features handy woodland pitches which are only a few feet from the car parking bays. It’s the ideal spot for families with lots of kit. Pitches in Tudors Spring are approximately 10m away from each other, and if for example, three families wanted to each have their own pitch but still be within a small group, this is the area where we can make it happen. For group bookings, please check availability with Karina first and mention any specific requests when booking. All pitches in Tudors Spring come with a fire pit & picnic benches for al fresco family meal times.
Go Deeper into the WOods To find The Oaks
Further into the woodlands, you’ll find The Oaks. Gorgeous woodland pitches nestled under our grandfather oak trees. These pitches are deeper into the woods (the furthest approximately four minutes walk from the parking areas) and a little more secluded and slightly more spaced out than in Tudors Spring. Still suitable for families or just adults, we have wheelbarrows you can use to help move your kit, and all pitches in The Oaks come with a fire pit for cooking, storytelling and wistful meanderings.
Kid-Free camping at Great Park Wood.
We have reserved the Great Park Wood area for adults who want to make the most of the peace and quiet. It is deeper into the woods (between three and four minutes’ walk from the parking) and much more secluded, within the sweet chestnut coppice. Here, we can accommodate single bookings and small groups, with no children allowed. All our Great Park Wood pitches are supplied with a fire pit for cooking, storytelling and solitary meanderings.
