Forest Bathing – so popular in 2020, returning for 2021!

The practice of ‘Shinrin Yoku’ (translated as ‘Forest Bathing’) has been an integral part of Japanese healthcare since the 1980’s and is prescribed to treat a wide range of physical and psychological health issues.

Chose a 90-minute Forest Bathing Walk or the more immersive 3-hour Forest Bathing Experience at Badgells Wood… you will be gently guided into the heart of the woods and invited to immerse yourself fully in nature using all of your senses. You can take part in natural mindfulness exercises and simply allow yourself to ‘be’ whilst quietly guided in meditation.

Every Forest Bathing Experience is unique but what they do have in common is the experience of a deep sense of calm and a renewed connection to nature.
