We are near to West Malling and one of the closest campsites to London, only an hour or so away.

By Car

Badgells Wood is easily accessed from either the M20 (jcn 2 if heading south or jcn 2A on the M26 if heading North) or the M2/A2 (A227 turn-off to Wrotham & Gravesend). We are just under 2.5 miles from the turning off the A227, between Meopham and Wrotham, near Vigo village. Turn onto Harvel Road (signposed Vigo & Harvel – and with a brown sign for Trosley Country Park).

After 2 miles, there is a sharp right hand bend where Harvel Road turns into Whitehorse Road – at this point, on your left will be the turning to Harvel & Harvel House Farm Shop. Stay right and follow Whitehorse Road. You will then pass a couple of houses and agricultural sheds. Keep going for another 1/2 mile, and you will see the entrance on your right.  Go straight ahead when you arrive to the reception compound.

By Train

The nearest train stations are Meopham or Borough Green, both  around a 40 minute train journey from London Victoria.  About 15 minutes’ away is Ebbsfleet International on the high speed line (only a 17 minute journey from Kings Cross St Pancras!).
